As you may know-- If I’m not by my phone at all times. It’s an issue. I’m aware of it.

I realized how genius this was when I came across this Buzzfeed article. Obviously I immediately bought twistables [link] , a great marker set [another link] and some adult coloring books.
PROS OF COLORING:
- It’s a innocent enough activity—while creating something beautiful.
- The simplicity of only focusing on which color you’re going to fill in the next circle with.
- It’s a great way to unwind after a particularly strenuous day.. for your brain.
- Electronics keep you wired. Try this as a pre-bedtime ritual.
